Barline Press is a small imprint devoted to piano editions that look and behave like house publications: restrained typography, deliberate editorial choices, and packaging that travels well to distributors, teachers, and acquisition editors.

We do not run checkout on this site. Titles are fulfilled through established sheet-music marketplaces — ArrangeMe and Musicnotes — so buyers land where they already purchase, and the imprint stays focused on editorial quality.

Rocky Kitamura is founder and editor-in-chief of Barline Press. Every edition in the catalog is edited or arranged under his credit — the same name a publisher would expect to see on a submission cover letter or series proposal.

The house tone is classical and editorial rather than mass-market PDF retail: white space, clear hierarchy, and copy written for people who evaluate catalogs for a living.
